Insert two 3V CR123A batteries into the battery compartment (3) with the negative(-) terminal being on the top.
Direct night vision at the observed object. Rotate the objective lens (6) and eyepiece (4) until the image is sharp and clear. To focus at the object located at a different distance, it is sufficient to just adjust the objective lens.
